Not designed for scratches, swirl marks, etched water spots, or thick tar and sap blobs — soften those with chemistry first before using this towel
Directions:
Wash or clean dirt off the surface first. Then spray MAXRemove, MAXWash, or MAXL ONE onto surface as lubricant, then glide the clay-textured side of the RESMOOTH towel across the surface using light, straight-line strokes. Rinse towel frequently during use.
DIRECTIONS: Apply to cool surface, and do not apply in direct sunlight. (Note: Water spots must always be addressed immediately to reduce chances of etching into the surface. Once water spots have etched into the surface, it will have to be repaired by using an abrasive compound.)
Rinse off large debris with water.
Mix product to desired ratio according to the guidelines in the Dilutions section below. Spray directly on surface, apply liberally - use on all exterior surfaces (paint, glass, chrome, wheels, etc.).
Let sit on surface no longer than 2-3 minutes and never allow product to dry. If drying starts to occur, rewet surface with more MAXRemove, or a fine mist of water.
Rinse thoroughly with water until the surface is no longer sudsing. For difficult areas (heavy staining, hard water spots, etc.): Multiple treatments may be required; or, physical contact may be needed to help dislodge particles from the surface. Be sure to follow with a wash using a soap or shampoo such as MAXWash to remove any remaining debris or residue.
Tips: Spray MAXRemove into a microfiber towel or applicator and wipe the area. To reduce chances of scratching or marring the surface, do not press down too hard while wiping, and be sure to use a soft towel or soft applicator. After using, remove trigger sprayer and screw cap back on bottle tightly. Run clean water through trigger sprayer to prevent clogging inside of trigger from occurring. Can be used in a mister or foam cannon. Bottle is designed to fit popular foam cannons (bottle may not fully seat).
Dilutions (use a dilution bottle such as the MAXL Dilution Bottle):
Full Concentrate - Difficult stains, water spots
1:1 - Wheels, Surface Prep
4:1 - General Maintenance
*Ratios are water first, then add MAXRemove. For example, 4:1 means 4 parts water to 1 part MAXRemove.
The higher the concentration, the thicker the foam will be. Usually, 4:1 or stronger seems to work best for foam cannons. MAXRemove is designed remove abrasives and contaminants and to deliver maximum cleaning performance more so than being a "foam show".
No, always rinse MAXRemove off and follow with a wash. It works best when followed up by washing with MAXWash.
(Note: Water spots must always be addressed immediately to reduce chances of etching into the surface. Once water spots have etched into the surface, it will have to be repaired by using an abrasive compound. Direct sunlight is your enemy when it comes to water spots.)
If a normal 4:1 (4 parts water to 1 part MAXRemove) General Maintenance dilution of MAXRemove doesn't remove the water spots, then use Full Concentrate when trying to remove the difficult areas of water spots along with agitating them with the MAXL YellowCell Hypersoft Sponge. Multiple treatments of MAXRemove along with physical contact may be required to help dislodge particles from the surface and allow MAXRemove to reach deeper.
After using MAXRemove at 4:1 dilution, letting it dwell on the surface for at least 2 minutes, and then rinsing it off, put your finger in a smooth plastic bag and gently feel a small area of the surface to see if you feel a roughness almost like a sandpaper feel. If so, then you have heavy contaminants on the surface. Use Full Concentrate when trying to remove the difficult areas of contaminants along with agitating them with the MAXL YellowCell Hypersoft Sponge. Multiple treatments of MAXRemove along with physical contact may be required to help dislodge particles from the surface and allow MAXRemove to reach deeper. You can also use a clay bar or clay towel (decontamination towel) along with MAXRemove for a more aggressive decontamination. We recommend a clay towel or decontamination towel with MAXRemove since some clay bars may contain substances that MAXRemove may try to dissolve.
Yes, MAXRemove works very well in removing rust. Several treatments along with agitation may be required depending on how bad the rust is.
Yes, MAXRemove will brighten metal and remove oxidation from metal. It will react upon contact and you should see results pretty fast. Always rinse MAXRemove off thoroughly. MAXRemove works best when followed up with MAXWash to clean any remaining debris off the surface.
DIRECTIONS: Apply to cool surface, and do not apply in direct sunlight. Never allow product dry on the surface. If drying occurs, mist more product or water occasionally on surface to rewet.
Mix product to desired ratio according to the chart below. Pre-rinse the surface with water. Spray MAXWash™ onto the surface. Apply liberally to difficult areas such as bug splatter, excessive road grime, etc. Allow product to soak 2-5 minutes on surface to allow it to work itself into stains, dirt, and debris.
Spray MAXWash™ onto wash media such as MAXL Hypersoft YellowCell Sponge or a soft wet microfiber towel then hand wash surface to mechanically dislodge the heavier stains and dirt off of the surface you are cleaning. Rinse microfiber cloth and/or sponge frequently to prevent excessive build-up of grime that can potentially mar or scratch the surface.
Rinse off thoroughly with water until all sudsing has been removed.
Dry the surface using air blower or a soft towel to reduce chances of water spots, marring, and scratches. MAXWash™ works best when used after pre-rinsing with MAXRemove™ to remove abrasives. MAXWash™ can be used in a foam cannon and bottle is designed to fit popular foam cannons. (bottle will not fully seat)
Dilutions (use a dilution bottle such as the MAXL Dilution Bottle):
Full Concentrate - Surface Prep, Difficult Stains such as bugs and contaminants
1:1 - Wheels, Engine, Surface Prep
4:1 - Car Wash, General Maintenance
9:1 - All-Purpose Cleaner, Interior Cleaning
64:1 - Rinseless Wash
2oz per 1 Gallon - Bucket wash
*Ratios are water first, then add MAXWash. For example, 4:1 means 4 parts water to 1 part MAXWash.
The higher the concentration, the thicker the foam will be. Usually, 4:1 or stronger seems to work best for foam cannons. MAXWash is designed to deliver maximum cleaning performance more so than being a "foam show".
Yes, MAXWash can be used as a rinseless wash by diluting it 64:1. However, it is always preferred to rinse any cleaning chemical off of a surface. Works great when used with the MAXL Hypersoft YellowCell Sponge
You can use YellowCell with anything; however, solvent type chemicals such as alcohol will break the cell structure and ruin the foam. Only use YellowCell with solvents when you plan to throw the sponge away after use, or you plan to retire it to wheel duty.
Rinse it out thoroughly with clean water after every use. Squeeze foam to push soap, and contaminants out, then allow the fresh clean water to absorb into the foam filling all of it's cells. Keep repeating until water coming out of sponge is clear. Store in a clean and dry place out of direct sunlight.
Yes, The MAXL YellowCell Hypersoft Sponge can be used to rinseless wash and is the safest option as well.
A little goes a LONG WAY. Most people use way too much when they first use MAXEasy. One bottle of MAXEasy will treat 8-10 average size cars. You will quickly learn it disperses across the surfaces and spreads effortlessly when rinsing.
Wet Application Directions: Apply to a cool surface out of direct sunlight. Do not let dry on surface before wiping off. Test on a small hidden area to ensure compatibility.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
Application: Wash the surface, ensure it is clean and still wet. You can spray the entire exterior of the vehicle using 1-4 sprays per panel. The hood is probably the only panel that would MAYBE need 4 sprays. If you are spraying more than 4 sprays on a panel, then you are over using and there will be excess product on the surface that will need to be wiped off when you are drying. Spray in a sweeping motion and space your spray lines out about 1.5 to 2 feet. You don't have to cover every square inch with MAXEasy because MAXEasy will spread very far when you rinse. Spray water from bottom up to spread the product around to all surfaces before rinsing off. Do not let MAXEasy dry on the surface. If you feel you won't make it around the car in a timely manner, then do the car in sections at a time. Working one panel at a time, spray MAXEasy on the panel, wait at least 30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
To conserve product: spray on microfiber towel or applicator and on the surface (1-2 sprays). Wipe in straight lines to ensure even coverage. Rinse panel upwards starting at the bottom to help distribute the product and make contact with the entire surface. Move to next panel and repeat until all surfaces are treated. Rinse from the bottom up to spread MAXEasy around as you are rinsing it off. Rinse thoroughly. DO NOT ALLOW WATER TO DRY ON SURFACE.
Most popular application for vehicles: After washing the vehicle, while still out of direct sunlight, and while the vehicle is still wet, spray MAXEasy in a sweeping motion on each panel of the car (1-4 sprays per panel). Work your way around the car. By the time you have made it around the car and back to where you started, it should be ready to immediately rinse around and off. Your goal is to spread MAXEasy around as you are rinsing it off. Rinse until sudsing stops, and rinse a little more. You will notice an immediate hydrophobic effect when MAXEasy makes contact with the wet surface. This is the beginning of MAXEasy starting to bond.
Immediately Dry: After thoroughly rinsing, dry all surfaces with a clean, soft, quality drying towel such as the MAXL SoftSorb Drying Towel. You can also use a drying towel in conjunction with forced air from a leaf blower or an air compressor. The air will take off the bulk of the water as well as blow the water out of cracks, mirrors, and other hard to reach places; then the towel can finish it off. Do not waste time with the leaf blower because the MAXL SoftSorb Drying Towel will dry off surfaces much faster. The air is mainly to blow water out of places that are hard to reach and bulk water off of large surfaces. While drying, look for areas where there may be excess product and smooth those out as you go using the drying towel. Do not leave any standing water on the surface at all. (Do NOT use a chamois ("shammy") as those cause many issues such as smears, streaking, scratches, as well as cause other problems.)
"After washing and rinsing the soap off, I can apply MAXEasy to the entire car, rinse it off, and dry it in less than 4 minutes."
Maintenance: Use MAXEasy frequently to maintain a brilliant shine and instantly protect and hydrophobe all surfaces to maintain a like-new, protected, and self-cleaning surface.
Dry Application Directions: Apply to a clean cool surface out of direct sunlight. Do not let dry on surface before wiping off. Test on a small hidden area to ensure compatibility.
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
On a clean vehicle, spray MAXEasy into a soft microfiber towel, spray 1 or 2 sprays on the surface, then wipe it in. Flip the towel to a dry side to wipe off, then use a second clean dry soft microfiber towel to hand buff it to a pretty finish. If you applied too much, wipe in very wide sweeping motions to spread the excess product over untreated areas, or use a damp microfiber towel to remove any excess product.
MAXEasy's hydrophobic performance drastically increases over a 24-48 hour period. When the vehicle is in direct sunlight, MAXEasy will bond even stronger from the heat, and the performance, as well as the durability, will increase even more.
For fabric, carpet, upholstery: Spray on fabric then wipe in using a microfiber towel. Multiple treatments may be required.
Tips: Use a soft microfiber towel and apply minimal pressure to prevent scratching. Safe for all surfaces and compatible with window tints. Allow 24-48 hours to fully cure.
Store MAXEasy in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not allow to freeze. (Chemicals in liquid form do not like big temperature swings and they definitely do not like to freeze!)
MAXEasy is the easiest and most versatile coating in the world. It can be applied to just about anything. It is very popular for vehicle and home use. MAXEasy can be applied many ways: 1. Spray on rinse off, 2. Spray on, wipe in, then wipe off with a dry microfiber towel, 3. Spray into towel or applicator to wipe on then wipe off with a dry towel, and 4. Foam cannon. MAXEasy will transform a surface into a self-cleaning surface meaning the surface accumulates less dirt and is much easier to clean. For example, after a rain, a vehicle coated with MAXEasy may look freshly washed. MAXEasy also makes surfaces look new and richer. It makes glossy surfaces extremely glossy and matte/satin surfaces look new and richer. MAXEasy will not artificially shine a matte/satin surface. MAXEasy uses a new technology called Triphene. It instantly bonds, is instantly hydrophobic, and can have a jetting or richening effect on many surfaces. MAXEasy can be used on just about any surface except porous surfaces like untreated concrete or wood since a thicker coating is required for those types of surfaces.
MAXEasy is instantly hydrophobic and is chemical resistant within 24-48 hours. Wait 24-48 hours before washing with chemicals. For best results, MAXEasy needs to dwell on surface for at least 1-3 minutes before rinsing off. You will notice an immediate hydrophobic effect when MAXEasy makes contact with a wet surface. This is the beginning of MAXEasy starting to bond. The hydrophibic performance drastically increases over a 24-48 hour period. When the vehicle is in the sun, MAXEasy will bond even stronger from the heat, and performance as well as durability will increase even more.
One treatment of MAXEasy can last anywhere from a couple months to a year depending on how much abuse it takes. Generally, it will last about 3000 miles on the average car. However, some parts of the vehicle will wear faster than others due to abrasive forces of dirt, salts, and other contaminants found on the road physically and mechanically abrading the surface at speed. MAXEasy is designed to be used regularly to maintain a pristine looking surface and a protective self-cleaning coating indefinitely. Use after every wash and you will have 100% uptime.
MAXEasy will last well over 10 washes with a Ph neutral soap. It's best to reapply it after every wash to keep it freshly coated since you never know what parts of the vehicle may have worn faster than others. Some parts of the vehicle will wear faster than others due to abrasive forces of dirt, salts, and other contaminants found on the road physically and mechanically abrading the surface at speed. MAXEasy is designed to be used regularly to maintain a pristine looking surface and a protective self-cleaning coating indefinitely. Use after every wash and you will have 100% uptime.
MAXEasy can be used on practically anything. You can spray it on and rinse it off or you can spray it on and wipe it off. Not only can it be used on your entire car inside and out, but many people also use it for their home and business. It can be used on windows, siding, sinks, showers, glass, metal, anything glossy, etc. It is very easy to use and lasts a very long time. MAXEasy makes everything look new and richer in appearance.
Yes. MAXEasy is easier and faster to use, because with MAXEasy Triphene you can do your entire car in seconds and it outperforms the ceramic sprays. MAXEasy also matches the performance of professionally installed ceramic coatings that cost into the $1,000's. It can out perform some of the professionally installed ceramic coatings as well. So it works really well to easily maintain those professionally installed coatings.
MAXEasy can handle up to about 600° F (300°C) before it starts to degrade. Once applied, the hotter MAXEasy gets, the stronger it's bond becomes. On glass it can form a permanent bond when it gets hot enough.
No, MAXEasy will not affect the brakes or rotors. The mechanical abrasion force of brakes will eat through any thin coating practically instantly.
Yes! MAXEasy will work in a foam cannon. You will want to test your foam adjustment knob to see what output setting works best with your model of foam cannon. You do not want it set to wide open since that would waste a lot of the product by dumping too much at a time. Simply foam MAXEasy on, wait 1-3 minutes to allow MAXEasy to bond, then rinse it around with water to spread and maximize coverage as you rinse it off. Rinse until you see no more sudsing. MAXEasy in a foam cannon is great for covering large areas fast such as RV's, Trucks, Houses, and more!
Understanding how water behaves on your vehicle's surface can provide valuable insights into the level of protection your vehicle has. While it might seem advantageous for water to sheet off an unprotected surface, this isn't necessarily an indication of better protection. It actually is worse. Here’s why:
Water Beading Indicates Strong Protection: When water forms beads on a hydrophobic coated surface, it's a sign that the coating is doing its job effectively. The beading means that the surface tension of the water is being disrupted, preventing water from spreading out flat. This is crucial because less water contact with the surface means less chance for water-borne contaminants to adhere. If water will stick to it, practically anything will stick to it.
Easier Cleaning and Maintenance: Water beading on a coated surface makes cleaning your vehicle much simpler. Dirt and contaminants are less likely to stick to the surface, and when they do, they are often encapsulated within the water beads, which can easily be wiped or rinsed away.
Long-Term Protection from Elements: Hydrophobic coatings provide a barrier that protects your vehicle's paint from various elements, including UV rays, dirt, and pollutants. This protection helps in maintaining the integrity of the paint over time, which is something an unprotected, water-sheeting surface does not offer.
Minimized Water Spotting: Water that sheets off an unprotected surface can leave behind minerals and contaminants as it dries, leading to water spots and blanket damage over wide areas. On a hydrophobic surface, the minimized contact area of the water beads reduces the likelihood of water spotting and eliminates blanket contamination over wide areas.
Enhanced Aesthetic Appeal: Apart from the protective benefits, a hydrophobic coating with water beading creates a visually appealing effect on your vehicle's surface. It enhances the shine and depth of the paint, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal of your vehicle.
In summary, while water sheeting off might seem effective, a hydrophobic coating that causes water to bead up provides a higher level of protection, easier maintenance, and a better overall appearance for your vehicle.
Avoid heat. Wash separately in cold water only. Do not use fabric softener. Hang to dry or use dryer on lowest temperature. Do not use dryer sheets. Do not wring the towel as it could cause damage. Store in a sealed area to protect from debris, dust, particles, and contaminates from settling on the towel.
Do not apply pressure when drying a delicate surface. Let the SoftSorb® technology and weight of the towel do the work as you blot or lightly pull the towel across the surface.
White is the ideal choice for drying a clean vehicle. Darker colors tend to camouflage and hide abrasives that the towel may have picked up which can damage finishes on the vehicle. The white color allows you to quickly spot and remove them before you scratch or damage finishes. White also will show if you missed any dirty areas or any nasty substances such as grease which could easily spread to other clean parts of the vehicle while you are drying. Additionally, white gives you the ability to bleach the towel if it becomes stained.
Yes. One MAXL Drying Towel can dry an entire average size car. Some people like to use air from a leaf blower or air compressor to get the bulk of the water off, then finish drying with the MAXL Drying Towel. For larger vehicles such as SUV's, two towels would be recommended since it is not healthy for the towel to be aggressively rung out. Some people with multiple vehicles like to have three or four MAXL Drying Towels so they can hang wet ones to dry and have a spare dry one.
MAXL ONE is a next-generation cleaner coating powered by an advanced technology called Triphene. Triphene is what allows MAXL ONE to clean, shine, and protect every exterior surface of your vehicle in a single step. It leaves the surface looking richer, deeper, smoother, and glossier without changing the natural finish of the material.
MAXL ONE can be used on practically everything. It works on paint, clear coat, plastic, rubber, glass, carbon fiber, metal, fiberglass, gelcoat, acrylic, wheels, calipers, engine bays, and even chrome exhaust tips. Once cured, Triphene becomes heat resistant up to six hundred degrees Fahrenheit, which is why MAXL ONE can be applied safely around engines and exhaust areas. On tires, it restores the clean dark look of new rubber without any greasy shine.
MAXL ONE contains a higher concentration of Triphene than MAXEasy, giving it even stronger hydrophobic performance and better durability. This means the surface stays cleaner for longer, resists dust and grime, and becomes incredibly easy to maintain. With MAXL ONE you can clean the entire car without buckets or hoses and keep it looking freshly detailed all the time. As long as the vehicle is not extremely muddy or covered in heavy abrasive dirt, MAXL ONE becomes your go-to maintenance method and you may never need to wash again.
MAXL ONE is also excellent as a standalone coating after a wash. It adds a deep, slick, rich look that continues to improve as the Triphene cures over twenty-four hours. It enhances glossy finishes, revives faded plastics, keeps matte and satin finishes looking factory-correct, and bonds to every surface evenly.
For vehicles with professional ceramic coatings, MAXL ONE is the ideal maintenance product. It rejuvenates the coating, increases slickness, improves water beading, and extends the life and performance of pro grade three-year and five-year coatings.
One treatment of MAXL ONE can last anywhere from 6–18 months depending on how much abuse it takes. Generally, MAXL ONE will last about 10,000 miles on the average car, considering typical exposure to the elements. MAXL ONE will last well over 10 washes.
MAXL ONE is designed to be used regularly for continuous protection, hydrophobicity (self-cleaning), deep gloss, and rich color. However, some parts of the vehicle, like the front end, windshield, and side mirrors, may wear faster due to abrasive forces from dirt, salt, and other contaminants that physically and mechanically abrade the surface at speed.
Regular use of MAXL ONE helps maintain a pristine surface and a protective, self-cleaning coating indefinitely. Many people prefer using MAXL ONE as a waterless wash, eliminating the need for hoses and buckets. This method ensures the coating remains active and effective at all times.
Reapplication of MAXL ONE is recommended when you notice water beads no longer sliding or zipping off the windshield as quickly as they used to, especially during rain.
MAXL ONE can function as a waterless wash, making it a total game-changer for anyone who wants a showroom finish without dragging out buckets and hoses. Imagine skipping the entire wash routine—you simply spray, wipe, and step back to admire deep gloss, richer color, and a surface that practically cleans itself as water rolls right off.
With its stronger Triphene concentration and better rejuvenating effects on rubber, plastic, and faded finishes, MAXL ONE isn’t just a “might try” solution—it’s the smarter, faster way to keep your ride looking like it’s just been professionally detailed. And if you ever want to push performance even further, pair it with MAXEasy (MAXEasy is awesome on glass!) or our specialized dust repelling MAXL Interior Detailer for the ultimate all-around care.
If convenience, durability, and top-tier results matter to you, MAXL ONE is your new go-to!
If you feel your car is super dirty, it's always best to wash it. Trust your gut. Most people, when they first get MAXL ONE, wash their vehicle first and then apply MAXL ONE. Once coated with MAXL ONE, you can wipe it clean with MAXL ONE regularly. Since MAXL ONE has lubricity similar to car shampoos, the chances of scratching are dramatically reduced. If the car becomes super dirty or muddy, rinse off large abrasive particles, wash it since it's already wet, and then use MAXL ONE.
We recommend using the MAXL Method Complete System because:
1) You remove abrasives before touching the car using MAXRemove.
2) Wash with a super cleaning soap, MAXWash.
3) Coat everything quickly with MAXEasy.
4) Dry the car using the SoftSorb Drying Towel, which dries super fast.
5) Use MAXL ONE as a waterless wash. Only wash again if the car gets too dirty with mud or it's been too long since the last wash.
Usually, the process is:
1) Perform the MAXL Method Complete System.
2) Maintain with MAXL ONE.
3) If you waited too long and the car got too dirty, return to the MAXL Method Complete System.
4) Get back on track with MAXL ONE.
It's the best system for simplicity and ease of use, ensuring a flawless car all the time with minimal effort!
When you first get MAXL ONE, if you feel your car is too dirty, wash the car first, then apply it. Going forward, once your car is coated with Triphene, you can simply use MAXL ONE to wipe the car clean and never have to wash again, unless your car gets too dirty or muddy.
Use your own judgment: if you feel it’s "too dirty" to wipe clean, just wash it, then apply MAXL ONE again. When washing, many people like to use MAXEasy at the end of a wash, then dry the car (try out the customer favorite SoftSorb Drying Towel). Going forward, they use MAXL ONE all the time to keep it clean and looking new. MAXL ONE is as slippery as soap, so it dramatically reduces the chances of scratching.
If you have both MAXL ONE and MAXEasy, then you have the best of both worlds.
We recommend following and using the MAXL Method Complete System
MAXL ONE can get wet after a few hours of drying and reaches maximum hydrophobic performance within 24hrs.
MAXL ONE also becomes chemical resistant within 48 hours. Wait 48 hours before washing with chemicals.
The hydrophobic performance drastically increases over a 24-48 hour period. When the vehicle is in the sun, MAXL ONE will bond even stronger from the heat and UV exposure, and performance as well as durability will increase even more.
We always recommend applying MAXL ONE in the shade. Working on a cooler surface gives you the smoothest application and the cleanest, easiest wipe. MAXL ONE levels beautifully when the panel is cool, and you will get the best results with very little effort.
However, MAXL ONE can be applied in direct sunlight as long as the surface is not hot to the touch. The key factor is temperature. If the panel is hot, MAXL ONE can dry too quickly before you can spread it, which can lead to light smearing that becomes harder to buff off. The product is completely safe to use in the sun, but a hot surface makes application more challenging.
If you need to apply it outside during the day, the best times are early morning or late afternoon when the sun is less intense. Shade from trees, garages, or even the shadow of the car itself can help keep the surface cool enough for a perfect wipe. Since MAXL ONE applies quickly, it is very easy to work around the car and use whatever shade you have available.
For the best results, have four to six clean, dry microfiber towels ready. This ensures you can wipe, flip, and rotate towels to maintain a clean finish across the entire vehicle.
Yes, MAXL ONE works perfectly on PPF, vinyl wraps, gloss wraps, matte finishes, and satin finishes. The reason it works so well is because of Triphene technology, which allows MAXL ONE to bond safely to any surface without changing the appearance of the material. Triphene creates a smooth, hydrophobic layer that cleans, protects, and enhances the surface without adding unwanted shine, haze, or streaking.
On matte or satin wraps, Triphene is what keeps the original finish looking exactly the same. It does not gloss it up or distort the sheen. Instead, it removes dust, fingerprints, dirt, and road grime instantly and leaves the surface clean and even. On gloss wraps and PPF, Triphene adds a rich, slick feel and helps prevent contaminants from sticking in the first place.
MAXL ONE can be sprayed on the hood, bumper, headlights, fenders, windows, matte vinyl logos, glossy PPF sections, plastic trim, rubber seals, and every part of the vehicle. It is safe for all of it because Triphene allows MAXL ONE to bond to paint, plastic, rubber, glass, vinyl, and film without leaving residue or buildup. Even on cars that see dirt trails, mud, road grime, or bug splatter, MAXL ONE makes cleaning simple. Just spray, gently wipe, and the Triphene layer begins working immediately.
Once applied, Triphene forms a superhydrophobic coating. This is what helps wrapped and PPF-protected areas stay cleaner longer, bead water instantly, resist dust, and make future cleanings far easier. The same technology also allows MAXL ONE to handle high temperatures, making it safe around exhaust tips, engine covers, and surfaces exposed to heat. Once cured, Triphene is heat resistant up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
For extremely tight or hard-to-reach areas where wiping is not possible, MAXEasy uses the same Triphene technology and can be sprayed and rinsed to coat the entire area evenly. It bonds to the same surfaces as MAXL ONE and provides the same hydrophobic protection. The main difference is MAXEasy is used after a full wash when the surface is completely clean.
MAXL ONE not only protects your car for a long time but can also be used to clean your car without water (waterless wash), making maintenance easy while reapplying its protective benefits. Here’s how to know when to reapply or continue using MAXL ONE:
Checking for Protection: If you aren't cleaning your car with MAXL ONE every time, here's how to know when to reapply:
After a regular car wash, if water no longer beads up and slides off quickly, it's a sign the protective layer is wearing off.
Using MAXL ONE to Clean:
No-Water Cleaning: If you use MAXL ONE to clean your car without water, you're reapplying the protection each time you clean. This keeps your car looking clean, protected, and maintains the self-cleaning effect as long as you keep up this routine.
After a Traditional Wash: When you do a regular car wash, watch how water behaves during the final rinse. If it doesn't bead up or slide off easily, it might be time for a full reapplication of MAXL ONE.
How to Reapply
MAXL ONE for No-Water Cleaning: Simply spray MAXL ONE on your car, wipe off the dirt with a microfiber towel, and buff for a clean, protected finish. This method cleans and reapplies protection at the same time.
Regular Reapplication: If you're not using MAXL ONE to clean often or if you're doing traditional washes, follow these steps:
Clean your car thoroughly. We recommend washing using the MAXL Method Complete System
Apply MAXL ONE on a clean, dry, or wet surface following the product instructions for complete protection.
Note: How often you need to reapply MAXL ONE depends on whether you're using it to clean your car without water or for traditional washes. The behavior of water on your car's surface is your guide, but using MAXL ONE for no-water cleaning means you're maintaining protection each time you clean.
Apply MAXL Interior Detailer to a cool surface and do not apply in direct sunlight. Do not let dry on surface before wiping off. Test on a small inconspicuous area first.
Spray the product directly onto a microfiber towel to prevent overspray.
Wipe surface until it is even in appearance.
Flip to a new side of your microfiber towel and buff away any excess.
Remove any excess product from the surface with a second microfiber towel if necessary.
Clean and protect interior surfaces with this product after every wash or as needed to maintain a dust-free environment.
For difficult areas, spray directly onto surface then wipe. Multiple treatments may be required.
For fabric, carpet, upholstery, or leather, you may use a soft brush for easier removal of dirt and debris. Spray product directly onto microfiber towel to avoid overspray when cleaning navigation, GPS, and LCD screens.
Tips: To avoid scratching the surface, use a soft microfiber towel, and do not wipe too hard. The product can be applied on all surfaces and is window tint safe.
MAXL Interior Detailer with NeverDust technology can last anywhere from a couple of months to up to a year depending on how much contact, sunlight, and daily use the interior surfaces experience. High-touch areas like steering wheels, center consoles, and door handles will naturally wear faster, while lower-touch surfaces can hold protection much longer.
MAXL Interior Detailer contains NeverDust™ technology, which helps repel dust, light debris, and everyday buildup so your interior stays cleaner for longer with each application. The more consistently you use it, the more the NeverDust™ layer builds, giving your surfaces better longevity and easier maintenance over time.
The product is designed to be used regularly. Reapplying it each time you clean your interior refreshes the self-cleaning protective layer and restores the crisp, detailed finish. With regular use, you maintain full protection and a like-new appearance at all times.
Yes. MAXL Interior Detailer with NeverDust™ technology works extremely well on stainless steel, both inside your vehicle and on household stainless appliances. Its high-quality, thicker formula spreads easily, levels smoothly, and leaves a clean, fingerprint-resistant finish thanks to its NeverDust™ technology.
Because the product is rich and concentrated, a little goes a long way. If you accidentally use too much and notice light streaks, it simply means there is excess product sitting on the surface. To fix it, dampen a soft microfiber towel with a little water and wipe the area until it levels out. Then follow with a dry microfiber towel to polish it to a perfect, streak-free finish. MAXL Interior Detailer is very forgiving and easy to work with, even if you overapply it.
Store MAXL Interior Detailer in a cool, dry place and keep it out of direct sunlight. Like all high-quality liquid chemicals, it should never be allowed to freeze. Extreme temperatures can affect consistency and performance, so keeping it in a climate-controlled area such as a cabinet, garage shelf, or detailing storage bin will ensure it stays in perfect condition for long-term use.
Step 1) Wash & Rinse
Wash and rinse the surface thoroughly before you start. Never clay a dirty surface — loose grit will scratch the paint. First time using RESMOOTH? Break it in on your windshield first: spray lubricant on the glass and the towel, glide in straight lines for 30–60 seconds, then wipe dry. Your towel is ready for paint.
Step 2) Lubricate & Glide
Spray lubricant generously on the surface and the towel — keep both wet the entire time. For heavy bug splatter or tar, use the bug mesh side first, then switch to the clay side. Glide in straight lines using hand weight only. No pressure, no scrubbing.
Step 3) Check & Repeat
Wipe the panel dry and run your hand across it. Still feels rough or gritty? Re-lubricate and repeat. Feels glass-smooth? Move to the next panel.
Step 4) Protect
Claying removes your existing protection. Always finish with a Triphene protectant — MAXL ONE or MAXEasy — before you're done.
RESMOOTH removes bonded surface contaminants that washing alone can't get off — including paint overspray and mist, bug residue after pre-treating and washing, tar and asphalt specks, brake dust and rail dust dots, light tree-sap mist and pollen film, waterline scum on gelcoat, rubber transfer marks, and light sticker or tape adhesive haze.
No, not as long as you keep the surface and towel wet throughout. RESMOOTH works by gliding across a lubricated surface, lifting contaminants without digging in. Never use it dry, never use it on a dirty surface, and always use hand weight only — no pressing or scrubbing. If you follow those rules, you'll get glass-smooth results every time
The Clay/Prep side has a textured surface that bonds to fine contaminants and lifts them off the paint without scratching, leaving surfaces feeling genuinely glass-smooth. The Bug Mesh side is designed to cut through heavier residue like bug splatter, sap mist, overspray, and tar specks. The white fabric on both sides shows dirt as you work so you always know exactly when to rinse and flip.
For most daily drivers, 1–2 times per year is enough. A good rule: run your hand across a clean, dry panel. If it feels rough or gritty like sandpaper, it's time to clay. You should also always decon before applying any wax, sealant, or coating — even if you recently washed. Washing removes loose dirt; claying removes what's bonded to the surface.
Yes and new cars often need it most. During shipping and storage, vehicles sit in lots collecting rail dust, industrial fallout, and brake particles from nearby vehicles. That contamination bonds to the paint before you ever drive it off the lot. If your new car's paint feels rough when you run your hand across it, RESMOOTH will fix that. Just follow the standard process: wash first, keep it wet, hand weight only.
RESMOOTH works with three MAXL products depending on how much decontamination you need.
1) Use it with MAXRemove for the most aggressive decontamination — best for iron deposits, heavy bug buildup, water spots, and tough stains.
2) Use it with MAXWash for medium decontamination — best for stuck bug guts, tough films, and moderate contamination.
3) Use it with MAXL ONE for moderate decontamination — best for light films, stains, and regular maintenance.
Always wash or clean loose dirt off the surface first before using RESMOOTH with any of these.
